If you wish to request a content update to your Easystart, ProStart or ProShop website – all standard change requests must be entered here in this form. Please note that larger Prostart sites will be eligible for unlimited free updates on our monthly maintenance plan.

CHANGES:
For managed websites the free changes must be like-for-like – please upload these in the form, as designated. However, if you have page additions please upload these in a separate document (see links in the form for this) and we’ll get back to you about these and any possible costs involved before doing the job.

DOCUMENTS:
Please upload in to the Document area of the form, a document or multiple documents containing your final text content changes with page names and paragraphs clearly marked.

PHOTOS:
Up to 5 photos – please upload in to the area of the form, any photographic changes, again clearly labelled
More than 5 photos – please send via www.wetransfer.com with photos clearly labelled and referenced in instructions as to placement

FILE TYPES:

• Document file types can include Word or PDF.
• Image files can be JPEG, GIF or PNG. 

This system will automatically keep a track of the dates of all updates you request on your Prostart website.

DNS / DOMAIN AMENDS:
All DNS or requests for amends should be entered into the message box at the bottom of the form or uploaded in a document.

Free changes only apply for ‘like-for-like’ changes and not additions, or new page creations and only apply for managed sites, some of which will incur an annual content management fee. Any free amendments will have to be deemed not to change the design of any particular existing page.
