Please note that updates do not include search engine optimisation. There are several different packages for this, which will depend on your specifications, and it would be involve a separate monthly charge. P.O.A..

- Software updates to all plug-ins required
- Security updates to the site
- Security updates to the server
- Security certificate renewals (SSL) when due
- Primary domain name renewals included when due
- Website hosting
- Email hosting
- Website and web hosting technical support
- Email technical support
- Maintenance for up 30 email addresses, as needed
- Any additional email boxes set up, as and when needed, up to the maximum of 30.
- Emergency updates that include anything that is very urgent information that needs to be placed on the website the same day (excluding weekends)
- Telephone and email support (direct telephone and email access for any problems to do with the website or email – Office hours)
