The email issue is being monitored and is slowly clearing but there are propagation times to clear for some locations in the UK, so it may still take an hour or so to work normally. Please check back to this page for progress updates on the issue.

The mail relay logs are looking much cleaner now with the majority of messages sending ok and those bouncing getting less and less. So propagation is happening and the issue should be resolved very soon. Please check back to this page for progress updates on the issue.

Issue: Server sending emails
We have identified the email problem to do with a mail server relay. The relay company had changed some IP addresses without adding certain records to the DNS which has then caused this problem. We have created a temporary fix and have informed the relay service to add the relevant records. This fix will take a few hours to propagate and we’ll update as soon as this has happened.
