Please sign this statement agreeing to the website take over and access to the admin site.

I confirm to Really Different Limited that I have seen and checked the front-end of the website (user view) and approve the online Prostart website design which has been designed and developed by Really Different.

From the time of handover, I as website editor, will be in charge of updating, maintaining and adding all new content accessible via the editor.  Really Different will be in charge of the hosting and email on the live server, theme, plug-ins and Word Press Core and content areas that only we can change. Really Different will technically support the hosting and email within their office hours and the servers will be supported 24/7.

There will be no FTP, or Control Panel access, given to any Prostart websites at any time.

Any changes to main design structure, or additions to functionality that Really Different are asked to do, will be chargeable at our standard rate at the time (currently £85 + VAT per hour) which will be in addition to any ongoing fees.

Any user errors which may need programming, design support or correction will be chargeable at our current rate.

Before handover is granted, payment in all accounts must be clear and up-to-date.
